Adjunctive EMDR Therapy
Adjunctive work is done in coordination with a primary therapist. If you understand rationally what’s going on, but your body is telling you something different, it’s possible EMDR may help push you through “stuck” spots to open-up further progress towards long-term change.
EMDR Half-day or Full-day Intensive
Half Day: An accelerated form of EMDR in a 3 hour session with a separate intake and follow-up session (intake and follow-up can be virtual).
Full Day: An accelerated form of EMDR in a 4-6 hour session with a separate intake and follow-up session (intake and follow-up can be virtual).
EMDR 3-day Intensive
A way to allow for a full week of 3 separate sessions with1-day breaks in between. Sessions are typically spread across Monday, Wednesday, and Friday slots. They follow a half-day format for each of the sessions with a separate intake and follow-up session (intake and follow-up can be virtual).
