Dissociation uniquely shows up for each of us. I use an IFS-informed level of EMDR that guides awareness of our ‘parts’ and the trauma they carry.
The size and magnitude of a trauma is only fully understood in proportion to a person’s story. I am dedicated to remaining current with the science of our predictive brains, and the research within the EMDR community in order to make EMDR more accessible. IFS and EMDR have been found to form a healthy union for achieving harmony between body and mind.
